A travel plan for all the trips

Many of my clients tell me that travel planning is stressful and challenging. They just want to get "there" and have the time of their lives.

Custom travel planning - the opposite of  "off the shelf" is unique, logistically demanding and requires an in depth knowledge of the destination. 

That is why a subject matter specialist - a professional and knowledgeable travel advisor with a close network of highly skilled experts - is so valuable.
That's why some of my clients have asked me to design a travel portfolio.

Together, my clients and I select and prioritize their travels based on destination, experience, life milestone events and the people they most want to travel with.  A honeymoon - for instance - is a great way to start a portfolio and then we plan out your  anniversary and other important travels with that as the foundation. 

I review, analyze and distill the information provided by all travellers  (up to a maximum of 6 travellers included in one portfolio). 
I review the calendars of all the travellers to see where we have compatible timing. I determine the best season for the destination and planned experiences. I pair up countries to save on flight costs as well as a plethora of other considerations and logistics.

I then construct a travel portfolio for you.  This portfolio forecasts the travels we have discussed, the timing of each journey, the travellers on each trip, and a high level price tag for each journey so you can plan for the travel investment.  The travels are phased over 2 - 5  five years so that clients can plan and schedule the funding of their journeys.  We check in annually to make sure that all travellers are still on track and we make changes where required.

The portfolio is evergreen. Each traveller - who is part of the portfolio - can update their preferences and ideas as they wish and I then re-generate the portfolio to reflect these changes.
